The 2025 Super Duty order bank is open, and much like F-150, Ford is streamlining configurations to make things more efficient for you. Even still, there are changes that dealers should take into consideration as they make their decisions.

2025 Super Duty Key Changes
The 7.3L engine now has two transmissions in WBDO to select from, and Tremor is now tied to your transmission selection. TorqShift-G 10-Speed Auto is the base transmission and TorqShift 10-Speed Auto (no G) will add Tremor to your order. Be aware of this change as Tremor is only listed when you preview the order, it isn't listed in the package section of WBDO.
SecuriCode keyless entry keypad is now optional on XLT and up as a DIO.
This option is still missing in WBDO. It is currently being worked on. No ETA has been announced for availability.
The Sport Package on XLT and Lariat is gone, but the Black Package is still available.
The Limited trim has been replaced with Platinum Plus, offering an enhanced experience with a "Tribute Item," an "Elite Welcome Call," and 1:1 texting with a Ford Truck expert.
SuperCab dually pickups, SuperCab 148" WB, and SuperCab Lariats are no longer available.
Avalanche and Ruby Red are new colors for 25MY. Iconic Silver and Rapid Red are not available.
The Lariat interior now features ActiveX instead of leather.
Summary
Big changes in the 25MY Super Duty are the removal of the Limited trim and the Sport Package on XLT and Lariat. It’s safe to assume demand for Limited and Sport Package will transfer over to Platinum Plus and Black Package respectively. The changes to SuperCab may drive more demand for Crew Cab as well. Remember to add the TorqShift 10-Speed Auto transmission for Tremor on the 7.3L engine.
