What We Do
Stock Ordering
Precision data analysts order stock units using Fast Turn reports, VIN reports, individual dealer input (rules and preferences), and proprietary commodity data. SIMS will either be ‘dirtied’ (made ineligible for scheduling) and/or altered depending the vehicle's scheduling process (non-OTD vs. OTD). We handle:

OTD Week 1 Selections

OTD Week 2 Dressing

Non-OTD/Specialty
Reporting and Communication
Dealers have a dedicated contact at Precision for constant alignment of preferences, rules, and build requests. Communication over the month includes all orders placed by Precision and our three reports:

Retail Report—Weekly report which displays previewing status, receipt date, why units aren’t scheduling, and more for all retails.

Weekly Inventory Report—Weekly report which displays high-level configurations for all incoming and on-site units. Provides estimated arrivals for incoming units.

Monthly Wholesale Report—Provides inventory forecasts and recommendations based off sales history. Use insights on eCommitment.
What You Do
eCommitment
Using insights from the Wholesale Report, you “punch eCommitment” and accept or deny MAP units.
Retail Ordering
You enter retails in WBDO as normal. Precision supports your retails via the Retail Report.
That's it.
The Bottom Line
Precision Inventory Management takes the guesswork out of new vehicle ordering. Using every data source at our disposal, we get you faster turning units sooner, resulting in higher gross profits and lower floor plan costs. That means more time, more money, and more growth.
